A classic choice. Plain and simple, but packed with all the wholesome goodness you can expect from a sourdough bread. 100% premium Japanese flour is used for both the starter and the bread itself with no preservatives added. An all-natural fermentation process of wild yeast that takes about 12 hours is used to bake this product. It is easier to digest than commercially baked breads, and helps with maintaining blood sugar and insulin level. Sourdough breads are also known for their low Glycemic Index, which makes it one of the healthiest choice for baked products.
