Sudo started as a humble, home-based bakery side gig during the movement control order in 2020. Baking has been an everyday affair in the family, but baking with sourdough is a new venture. With practice and determination, we finally found a recipe that incorporates all-natural yeast that is catered to local tastes, and our customers just can't get enough of our products. As orders kept pouring in, we knew we had to expand and run things like a business. We rented a shop lot, invested a huge sum of money to acquire commercial baking equipment, upped our online presence and continued delivering top-notch sourdough products to our customers. Now we are a proper bakery that employs full-time employees, supplies to restaurants & cafes, and continues to serve Melaka with a healthier alternative to bread.
